Interaction- and visual design
We thoroughly document all possible scenarios and exceptions that can happen in your product, not just the main ones. Once we have the full understanding of the product’s breadth, our visual UI design wizards come on stage and make the product delightful to look at and interact with.
Development
Here’s where we start building. Thanks to all the previous steps, we have a clear set of definitive instructions of what our engineering team should build. This is usually the toughest part, but because we involve our developers in our design process, there is very little room for surprises, missed deadlines and scope creep.
QA and beta-testing
We rigorously test the product as it is created, and do series of stress and regression tests in preparation for launch. In some cases we recommend rolling out a beta-testing program and involve your future users in testing your new product.

We worked with the MyEtherWallet — a leading crypto wallet — to design and build their mobile app that became the center of gravity of their product lineup, attracting millions of downloads. Our role spanned product strategy, UX and interface design, and close collaboration with engineering to balance security, clarity, and speed in a domain that is notoriously complex

CageEye — Aquaculture operations platform for AI driven fish farming at scale
Bringing machine learning into fish farming — in a way humans can actually use. We joined CageEye as one of the very first team members and partnered with the founders and data scientists as the company grew past 100 people and multiple funding rounds.
We helped design and build the platform used by farm operators and managers to monitor and feed fish at scale. Each farm can have many cages with tens of thousands of fish each.

Who we are
Our story started back in 2009. Maximum Inc. is the evolution of a decade of work under Minimum Inc.
Minimum Inc. was born in the early days of lean startup thinking, focused on MVPs and building the minimum viable product. It was shaped by our experience launching startups in Silicon Valley, and by the idea that doing less — but smarter — can be a strength.
Over the next decade, we helped create and grow products like MyEtherWallet’s mobile app, CageEye’s aquaculture platform, and our own World Clock Pro.
